Grateful Patient Program
Patients often ask how they can express their appreciation for the remarkable care they’ve received from VNA Homecare. Many say “thank you” with a kind word, a warm smile or a heartfelt note. While others prefer to thank a special nurse, therapist or home health aide with a monetary gift, VNA Homecare’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior prohibits employees from accepting cash gratuities.
If you or your loved one would like to make a financial contribution as an expression of thanks for the care you’ve received, we encourage you to do so through VNA Homecare’s Grateful Patient Program.
Business Partnership Program
Become a partner in caring.
Your company's support for our foundations sends a strong message to the community that you care about the health and well-being of those receiving care in our community.
Our Business Partnership program provides your local business or group with an opportunity to support a variety of special events, programs and annual campaigns at VNA Homecare by making only one financial commitment per year.
Our foundations are very fortunate to have so many generous businesses participating in our Business Partnership Program. The program gives companies and organizations the opportunity to support the healthcare system by taking part in annual special events. The Foundation receives financial support that it can count on, and our sponsors know they will be asked for a donation only once annually.
With sponsorship and partnership comes recognition, visibility, and best of all, a way to give back to the community. To acknowledge your generosity and caring as a Business Partner, you receive recognition at several events throughout the year.

Each year, VNA Homecare encourages its employees to make donations in support of their employer. Employees are able to sign up for payroll deductions, make one-time gifts, or volunteer their time and energy at varying Foundation events. Would you like to double your gift? When you make a personal gift to one of our foundations, check to see if your company has a matching gift program.
Matching gift programs are charitable giving programs set up by corporations in which the company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations. For example, if a donor works for John Doe Bank and donates $250 to a 501(c)(3) like one of our Foundations, the bank will “double the donation” by writing a check for $250 to the same organization.
Matching gift programs are offered by companies across the world. In fact, about 65% of Fortune 500 companies (and many others) match employee donations. That means millions of individuals work for companies that match donations from employees.
